A Note on Continuation
The VG group is a four-week catalytic reset. Unlike many other programmes, results for VG members are quick to appear which means long-term memberships aren’t necessary.
However, for a small number of women who need short-term private integration support after this, there is an optional two-week follow-up phase offered at the end of the programme. Although, this option isn’t automatic and it is offered on recommendation if it will strengthen your clarity and implementation.
Because the goal here is independence, not dependence.
